Last week was a blur. The news was full of constant turmoil from hurricanes, earthquakes and threats. My own life felt somewhat like a hurricane as I felt a heavy cloud covering me. I was restless and on the edge. Everything was bothering me and it wasn’t until Friday came around that I felt the heaviness lifting.
